Course Details

How long is the course?

The program runs for 10 months, with one module per month.
Each module includes two online group coaching sessions. 

Is the course flexible or self-paced? 

The course is delivered in a hybrid format, combining:
  • Scheduled online group coaching sessions, and
  • Self-paced online learning through our LMS.

Learners complete content and exercises before each session.

A community space is provided for discussion and support. 

Is the entire course delivered online? 

Yes. All group coaching sessions are conducted live via Zoom. 

Are there any on-site requirements? 

No physical attendance is required.
However, exercises are applied directly into daily work, such as pre-starts, planning, role plays, reporting, check-ins, and closeouts. 

Do trainers have real trade experience?

Yes. All trainers/coaches come from a trade background with hands-on business management experience and are certified in our methodology. 

Is the certification based on participation or assessments? 

Certification must be earned.
Each module has graded exercises.
Learners must successfully complete all 10 modules to become certified.

How do you measure improvements like profitability or reduced mistakes?

Key metrics include the transition from reactive to proactive leadership, where the leader:
  • Takes full ownership of jobs and culture
  • Drives job profit %
  • Expands their circle of influence, reducing the owner's need to pull
These behaviours lead to measurable improvements in performance and profitability. 

Is the course accredited under an RTO?

No, the program is not accredited under an RTO. 

What makes the course “Certified”?

Certification is issued by the Institute of Trades Professionals (ITP).
It is industry-developed and industry-endorsed by partners such as Reece and Master Plumbers.
ITP is building a nationally recognised certification pathway tailored specifically for the trades, designed to set the benchmark for professionalism and integrity.
